Mini Tacos Guadalajara Grill started with a simple belief: the best Mexican food doesn't need to be complicated. It needs the right ingredients, the right techniques, and the kind of care that comes from generations of kitchen wisdom.

Our recipes trace back to the streets and kitchens of Guadalajara — flavors passed down, refined, and reimagined for San Antonio. Every mini taco is a deliberate choice: the tortilla, the fillings, the salsa, the finish. Nothing is accidental.

We opened our doors on South Zarzamora Street because this neighborhood deserves food that feels both authentic and alive — a place where every visit tastes like the first.
